Copilot Training for Industrial Goods Producer

A major global industrial goods company engaged us to organize Copilot training sessions for over 1,000 employees. We covered both fundamental prompting techniques and advanced use cases for power users.

 

Despite over half of the participants having no prior experience with Copilot, post-training surveys revealed that more than 70% reported a boost in productivity.

Community Building for Adidas

We partnered with Adidas to design a value-driven community for women’s football in Saudi Arabia. The challenge was that women across the Kingdom struggled to find safe spaces to discuss and participate in sports.

 

To address this, we built a community that connected them with a variety of women-only engagement initiatives, both in-person and virtually. Supported by leading female athletes, the program was powered by a robust tech-based loyalty system, rewarding engagement and contributions with exclusive sports-related rewards, creating a safe and empowering environment for women to engage with sports.

AI strategy for Chalhoub Group  

Chalhoub Group enlisted our help to design a cohesive AI strategy that would build a significant competitive advantage. Although they had several AI initiatives in place, these were fragmented and lacked a unified direction.

 

Over 16 weeks, we collaborated to develop a comprehensive strategic plan, focusing on value-driven initiatives and backed by a robust operational framework. By involving their key tech partners throughout the process, we ensured rapid execution and results. The strategy encompassed governance, ethics, organizational structure, clear roles and responsibilities, a success measurement framework, talent and capability building, and a structured approach to change management.

Future Festival for Porsche

Porsche Belgium, through its historic distributor D’Ieteren, engaged us to organize a visit program in Dubai focused on the Future of Retail and Luxury Services. Over several days, the group experienced inspirational keynotes, hands-on demos, and visits to leading examples of luxury retail, including the Rolex flagship store and Atlantis The Royal.

 

The objective was to inspire innovative approaches to luxury customer engagement, sparking discussions and guiding strategic decisions for their operations in Belgium.
